We aid executors and trustees with the financial administration of estates and trusts. Vanessa L Pascoe CPA LLC works closely with your attorney during estate administration, including recommending strategies for tax-efficient income tax filings, distributions to beneficiaries, and trust funding. We also assist with Fiduciary Accounting and can help you with any FATCA withholding requirements and filing obligations.

We prepare Estate Returns (asset reports) for the IRS and/or any state where you are located. These are complex filings reporting all assets owned (even partially) by the decedent. We understand that many times the executor is a family member or dear friend and that dealing with taxes during a time of loss is burdensome at best.
